What is it that most people don't understand? The power of habit formation and trial and error from different perspectives

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time I would like to take a survey. I may write a rewritten article with similar content in the near future, so don't worry.

What do most people not understand? It means making it a habit. There are some people who become monks for three days. I quit a new job in 3 days and quit my job in 3 days.

It's never a bad thing to quit because it's up to you how many days you want to continue. If you quit and don't have a future, it's probably because you didn't have any connection with it.

I often quit my lessons after 3 months or even a year. If you think of 3 months or 1 year as a span, you should be able to continue if you keep that in mind.

After 3 months, you tighten yourself up, and after a year, you tighten yourself up. I have also paused and restarted my blog for four and a half years now.

If you've come this far, you've already quit! I will never abandon my blog.

In the end, what I'm trying to say is that Mikkabozu is also the cause, and in my case, I feel relaxed over a period of three months or a year, and I feel like quitting when things are going well. It may come from the psychology of wanting to return to a stable state.

If I can continue for a little over a year, I think I should be able to continue for many years. So far we have been talking about the 3-day monk, but the theme this time is to make it a habit, and it can be said that most people do not understand that continuation is power.

Why did I talk about 3-day monks rather than continuing to work hard for a long time? Most people say they will try something new today in order to continue doing something for 5 or 10 years, but they don't have 3-day monks. I feel like there are more cases where this happens.

Of course, everyone has been doing something for 5 or 10 years. This applies to working adults even if they work at a company, and if students study at school and graduate straight to university, they will have studied for a total of 16 years.

I won't write about my study history this time, but even if I told you to continue this for several years from now, it would be difficult to continue for several years.

I don't want them to focus on continuing, but I want them to work on it concurrently with what they're currently working on.

If I were to come up with an idea, I would say why not try something that has a lot of overlap with what you are currently working on.

If you are an athlete, you should take up a sport that is similar to your own, and if you are a member of society, you should take up a side job that is similar to your line of work. If you do this, you won't have to be a monk for three days, and you can just practice whenever you feel like it and expect a synergistic effect with your main job.

I've been talking about continuity so far, but what do I want to say in the end? My view is that the human growth curve is an S-shaped curve.

For the first 5 or 10 years, you will only grow little by little, but after 10 or 20 years, you will enter a period where you will rapidly grow with a little practice, and by the time 30 or 40 years have passed, I have not confirmed it. We believe that growth will continue to be gradual.

In other words, most people stop trying after five or ten years, and quit before they get on a rapid growth trajectory.

There are many mid-level businessmen who study from business books, even if they are office workers, but business books are just a general idea, and it is better for mid-level businessmen to think about ways to improve their work itself. The level will rise quickly.

From now on, English is important, you should create email templates, and work as hard as you can even at the cost of your personal life until you turn 30.Instead of learning general concepts that can be used at any company, our company Since the company you work for handles special products, it is necessary for the company you work for to come up with its own methodologies, such as thinking about advertising methods that will pinpoint the customers who will buy those special products.

Of course, you need general skills that are called portable skills, but it is also important to think about the unique methodology of the company you work for. You will be the best.

I may be indebted to you, but I think it would be good if you took the time to think more seriously about your company before saying, ``I'm going to learn English, I'm going to do programming, I'm going to get a qualification.''

This is just an example, but if you keep thinking about your company for 20 to 30 years, there will be no one who knows more about your company than you.

Of course, even if I decide to change jobs, I don't think those 10 or 20 years of trial and error will be wasted.

The theme of this article was ``What is it that most people don't understand?'' The answer is habituation and trial and error to see things from different perspectives.

I think I was able to verbalize a part of my inner self by summarizing it in writing like this. Hobbies: The company I work for, Hobby experience: 20 years. It's okay if something like this happens. It's a good break, so that's all. See you soon.
