Were law, religion, and morality combined in the era when religious scriptures were written? Develop a legal mind

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from the clear file. This is a report article on the law that I am currently studying. When we think of jurisprudence, we have the image of an introductory book that summarizes basic legal concepts.

Now, in order to deal with the law, it is necessary to have a basic way of thinking about the law called the legal mind, and the legal mind is the ability to make comprehensive judgments to reconcile conflicting disputes logically, fairly, and from a broad perspective. I'll tell you something. One of the purposes of university education is to foster this legal mind.

The norms that should be followed in social life are called "social norms." In the ancient times when the Bible was written, social norms were a mixture of law, religion, and morality. The sacred texts of various religions were, so to speak, rules for living in society, and norms to be followed. As society matured, law, religion, and morality developed and separated into different positions.

Law is a code of conduct that concerns human conduct. Morality can be said to be an inner code that describes a person's inner values. The law punishes acts that appear on the outside of a person, but in a complete change, it states that ``acts without the intention of committing a crime will not be punished,'' meaning that acts in which there is no awareness that they are committing a crime will not be punished. Masu. This is a provision stipulated in Article 38 of the Penal Code.

Law has the deterrent power of punishing human actions, but morality also has a strong coercive power that is different from law. The special circumstances of modern law can be seen in the fact that law, religion, and morality have been separated and specialized.

After studying up to this point, I opened a law textbook for the first time in a while, but in the past, just reading a law textbook would hit a wall, get over it, and then immediately hit another wall. Over and over again, I had the impression that it was a study with a quirk that made it difficult to read through it. However, when I opened a law textbook this time for the first time in a while, I found myself reading it smoothly.

I sometimes draw lines in textbooks. Some may say that drawing the line is pointless. Even if I draw a line, I immediately forget about it. However, the significance of drawing lines is that by drawing lines, you can identify the important parts and summarize the content of the subject in your head in a simple way. When rereading the text, you can quickly refresh your memory by simply rereading the parts you have underlined.

This time, instead of drawing lines, I copied only the important parts in my notebook. By doing this, I was able to avoid smearing the textbook with lines and was able to summarize only the important parts in my notes. It's good to copy only the important parts in your notebook, but I feel that by writing out what you've learned in your own words on a blog, etc., you'll be able to retain it in your memory and improve your understanding of the content dramatically. .

This is true of difficult physics and mathematics textbooks, but studying can be much more cost-effective by reading reference books and writing them down in a notebook at the same time. As I mentioned earlier, I would like to cultivate a legal mind and try to obtain a legal qualification. As a first step, I believe that writing down what you have learned and summarizing it in your own words is a very effective method to dramatically increase the effectiveness of your studies.

By summarizing it in a blog, you can realize which points you don't understand well. It can be said that how to study efficiently is an important element in the endless social studies. If you are interested in my study method, please give it a try. I'm sure you won't waste your time. See you soon.

Read without saying it aloud in your mind! Read one line per second with the sound of the clock!!

This is Watanabe from Seito Shijuku blog. The need to read books quickly is an issue that is always on the minds of bookworms. In fact, there are methods like speed reading, but they are quite difficult to master. So, I will introduce one method that I came up with.

Like speed reading? Master how to read one line per second! 1 second per page!

What is the cost performance of reading out loud in your mind? Challenge a huge amount of materials! !

Don't underestimate yourself and always try to improve! This blog is over 3000 characters!

Like speed reading? Master how to read one line per second! 1 second per page!

When I was a student, I once tried to learn speed reading . If you read this blog from cover to cover, you will find references to speed reading in early articles.

``Watabo used to play a lot of games when he was a student, but didn't he mix up his time between studying and playing games? Lately, he's been neglecting his studies and blogging all the time...Mom is super excited. It will form a circle!!”

Watanabe also learned mindfulness to help him read faster. Speed reading and mindfulness are closely related, and meditation (≒mindfulness) is also important in developing the ability to concentrate for speed reading .

One of the methods I recently developed is the second hand one line method. The second hand one line method is literally a method of reading one line per second . I skim through each line before the second hand of the clock clicks. Reading one line per second is not enough if you read it out loud in your mind.

At first, it may be okay to read half a line in one second. In other words, it takes 2 seconds to read one line. That way it will take 12000 seconds as (30 lines per page) x (200 pages) x (2 seconds per line). In other words, even if you spend 2 seconds per line, you can read it in just over 3 hours.

I don't know if this speed is fast or slow. It depends on the person. However, if you read it out loud in your mind, you probably won't be able to read it in this amount of time. "Watabo-kun, if you use your greatest spell, Pa〇Punte, there's a possibility that every page will become a single line, right? What do you think about that? I'd like to hear your opinion."

There are certainly spells that make each page one line. Viewing each page as one line is the same as viewing several lines as one block . When we read sentences aloud in our minds, there is a disadvantage that we have to check each letter one by one.

However, when you read the sentence "Thank you," you don't have to read each letter individually to understand that it is a thank you. In other words, viewing a block is the same as recognizing a sentence as a single character.

What is the cost performance of reading out loud in your mind? Challenge a huge amount of materials! !

Having said that, I can't read at speed myself, so I can't imagine how people who can actually read at speed perceive text. The only thing that stands out is the fact that you probably perceive the text in a completely different way than someone who is reading it aloud in their mind.

Whether you read it out loud in your mind or not. I don't know if this method is really cost effective . For example, research shows that when reading digital text information from a smartphone or tablet, memory power is 30% lower than when reading a paper book, or 70%.

The same possibility exists that the quality of reading deteriorates when you read without speaking aloud in your mind, which suggests that your memory ability may deteriorate. “Watabo seems to be constantly repeating the death spell Zaki in his mind when he’s browsing the internet, but having fun with everyone is everything! Let’s have more fun! Smile, smile (^^♪ ”

This time, I'm attacking with Do○Quest Neta, but I doubt whether I'm fully attacking. Since it's currently 8 a.m., everyone must have just woken up, and their stomachs may not be able to keep up with Watanabe's greasy, clumsy gags .

Now, back to the topic, if you read with your eyes instead of mentally speaking out loud, your memory may deteriorate at first. Well, the reality is that when Watanabe himself tried the second hand one line method, he didn't remember much of what he read . However, we cannot exclude the possibility that the second hand one line method requires some getting used to.

In fact, when you go to famous graduate schools in the United States, some liberal arts departments seem to require you to read a huge amount of material . For example, I read in an article some time ago that it is normal to have 1,000 pages of English materials read by tomorrow.

There is no doubt that this requires skills such as not reading out loud in your mind, but reading silently in your mind, and even recognizing sentences in blocks. Watanabe wants that skill so badly that it sticks out at his throat. craving.

Don't underestimate yourself and always try to improve! This blog is over 3000 characters!

I'm off-topic, but lately my blog posts have been inflated. I'm sure some of my fellow readers (readers) are dissatisfied with the fact that I'm posting two 3000-word articles every day, saying, ``I can't read them in time!''

Even with Watanabe's SEO measures, it is important to think about your colleagues first . So today, I'm going to write this article and try to study for the first time in a while. After all, studying is important, and studying in the short term will not produce results, but in the long term, there will be a clear difference between studying and not studying.

As with recent environmental issues, every small effort we make on a daily basis will eventually lead to results in the somewhat distant future. Sustainable outcomes require sustained preparedness.

Some influencers claim that it is pointless to study after entering the workforce. However, if you can be an influencer without studying, there is a possibility that you can become even more amazing if you study. Friends, don't underestimate your potential either .

That's why it's time for Hotaru no Hikari. The second hand one-line method is still in the experimental stage, and is nothing more than Watanabe's idea. However, after giving it a try, I realized that I had become able to follow the sentences without having to say them out loud .

I hope all your friends can find their own ways to read books faster. Your ingenuity will be a great asset to you! From next time, I will work on rewriting the article. See you soon.

Does sales come first or product first? Both are important in the long run! ! September blog results also released

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. What do our readers consider most important when selling their products? Is it better to make a quality product or sell it first? It goes without saying that both are important, but it is clear that one or the other alone is not enough.

In the first half of this article, I would like to report on the current status of this blog. Watanabe is not secretive about anything other than personal information, so he plans to reveal his achievements, including specific numbers . No way (lol).

How I gained 147 Twitter followers in 2 days! Must follow

This blog will soon be two months old. Watanabe has written about 70 articles so far, but he hopes to reach the 100-article mark next month . In the future, I would like to review the 30 or so articles that failed with permalinks and create new articles to improve the articles from the first month that have not seen the light of day.

``Watanabe-chan, a three-day monk, has been unbelievable for two months, but it's okay to think that this has become a habit, right? The game is from here on out, so let's brace ourselves and do our best together!Yooooo.Ponpon.''

I also have doubts about writing a blog every day.Of course, writing a lot will improve your writing skills, but I think it might not be a bad idea to write flexibly and only when things are going well . There is a part of me that feels that way. However, it seems that there are a certain number of my colleagues (readers) who look forward to reading Watanabe's articles, and I feel that I need to live up to their expectations.

I'm a perfectionist, and I can't help but worry if I don't do everything right. That's why Beta has a lot of momentum when he starts a fight, but he can't maintain that momentum and gradually loses momentum, ending up in a 3-day slump. Needless to say, continuity is important. It doesn't matter if it's thin, so it lasts a long time .

The feature of this blog is that we aim to focus on content and do not put much effort into advertising. However, as of now, page views have increased by about 6 times compared to last month, and all I can say is my gratitude and gratitude to my colleagues. However, the page views in September did not reach 400, so I am thinking of focusing on advertising from now on.

As I mentioned before, I don't want to place too much importance on page views in the short term. We focus on content. After all, the most important thing is traffic from Google search, and I think a long-term perspective is required. "I'm counting on Professor Google! An approach of love ♡"

The advantage of focusing on content is that once you upload an article, it will be read many times . In fact, it seems that the relatively popular articles on this blog are still being read even after a long time has passed since they were posted. This can be seen from the fact that you can earn more page views in total if you earn 10 pv per day for 20 days than if you earn 100 pv for a certain article only once a day. Therefore, I feel the need to write articles that will be loved for a long time.

Increasing your number of followers is important, but so is your engagement rate! !

Now, another thing I'm working on is Twitter. I think the account name was @watanabejp1 , but if you are interested, please search watanabejp on Twitter.

I have a large following of about 500 people, but I also have about 250 followers. As I introduced before, the trick to increasing the number of followers on both Twitter and WordPress is to follow more and more users who are related to you . After all, the more followers you have, the more people will see your post, so keep increasing your followers.

However, when I looked at other sites, I found out that just having a large number of followers doesn't mean much, and that it's also important to consider how much interest people have in your tweets . In other words, it's a question of the quality of your followers. “Even though you look like this, Nabe-kun is a self-proclaimed serious guy.(・∀・)I often see him taking revenge when someone does something nice to him, and he responds to direct mail playfully. It’s the same in real life too. If that were the case, I would fall in love with you again (lol).”

Although the engagement rate has been high in the past few days, the engagement rate has been low over the past two weeks, so the overall engagement rate is about 1.2%. As for yesterday, it was extremely high at over 3.5%. Thank you to everyone on Twitter.

The engagement rate is the ratio of the number of likes and retweets divided by the number of views , and the higher the engagement rate, the more interested the tweet is. The average is said to be 0.5% to 2%, and if it exceeds 3%, it seems that other users have a high level of enthusiasm. Watanabe is also an exciting old man who is excited that he has started to attract attention recently. Aanpanchi! !

So far I have been reporting on Watanabe's current situation online, but next I would like to think about the issue of whether to focus on the main topic, products or sales.

Galapagos mobile phones that lack user perspective have been eliminated! The user's perspective is important!

As someone who sells products, the eternal question is whether to make good products or focus on sales . It can be analyzed that products that are already famous and popular may be able to successfully combine both. In fact, this blog does not focus entirely on sales.

Of course, it would be a good idea to focus on creating better products like Watanabe and writing articles while saying "hehe" every day . However, even if an article is of little interest to a certain user, if the author has a personal connection with the author or wants to get on good terms with him in the future, he or she may read the article even though he or she is not interested. It is a natural progression that this happens.

In this respect, I have little approach to other users, and I can say that this kind of branding has been neglected. The following stereotypes are often used:

Japanese people have a craftsmanship and are particular about making high-quality products, but Westerners actively sell even products that are not of good quality. Therefore, although Japanese people are superior in terms of product quality, they always lose to Westerners in business.

When I think about it, the Japanese business mentality often lacks the user's perspective . We were particular about making a cell phone that could only be used in Japan, which is called the Galapagos cell phone. However, once smartphones became popular, the need for such mobile phones suddenly disappeared.

In that sense, home appliances in Europe and America are simple in construction and anyone can operate them with a single button. This also applies to Watanabe's blog.

I write articles that I want to read! Sales and products are important in the long run! !

I write articles that I want to read , but I don't know if I can attract many people with the articles I want to read. Books that encourage people to write what they want to read have become popular recently, but it is also important to have a user's perspective, such as marketing.

What is particularly notable about this blog is that it is a long article full of text. I feel that there is a need to include more photos and illustrations and write articles that are easier to read. In the end, no matter how good you write, if the reader doesn't want to read it, then you 've failed.

Therefore, I think that the basis for deciding whether to make a good product or to work hard at sales is to understand what users think . In that sense, this blog article still lacks a user's perspective, and there is infinite room for improvement.

"Nabecchi jokes about every third line of his articles, but this time he's writing something sensible. It's okay to joke, but if you don't write something sensible, your colleagues will be disappointed, right?" It's not like you're just in trouble.''

Well, it easily exceeded 3000 characters. It's almost time for Hotaru no Hikari. Watanabe's conclusion, which is the subject of this article, is that it depends on the person which one is more important, but I can at least say that Watanabe prioritizes making good products .

Of course, it's not good to have just one, and if you have only one, you'll eventually hit a ceiling. In order to break through the glass ceiling and see the sunrise, I think we need to be conscious of both in the long term .

Those of you who blog are likely to be constantly aware of this issue. I am also very worried. However, in the long term, everyone's goal should be the same, so let's take a long-term view. I would like to conclude by wishing my friends the best of luck. See you soon.

Nabenomics and the three arrows? Raise the minimum wage! Consumption tax increase! Utilize internal reserves!

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. In Japan, with the consumption tax hike scheduled for October 2019, many politicians seem to be against it. However, the consumption tax increase is not a single policy, but a set of two policies. Along with raising the minimum wage, we will explore the possibility of raising the consumption tax.

What are the three arrows of Nabenomics? Raise the minimum wage! Consumption tax increase! Utilize internal reserves!

Issuance of government bonds is prohibited for economic growth! Can we really control the market?

There are politicians who vociferously oppose the consumption tax hike, saying it is harmful to economic growth and should be stopped immediately . Some of these politicians have declared that they are aiming for the abolition of the consumption tax itself, that is, a consumption tax rate of 0%, and public opinion has been greatly shaken.

This is Watanabe. Nice to meet you☆彡

These populist politicians, who incite the public with their strident claims, use irresponsible methods to finance the abolition of the consumption tax . Issuance of government bonds as a source of funds is one of them.

We should reduce taxes and promote economic growth by issuing government bonds . This will naturally increase government revenue (government income from taxes). This in itself makes sense. This is because, in extreme terms, the problems of budget deficits, pensions, and social security should probably be resolved once the economy grows.

However, this does not mean that issuing government bonds profusely is a better idea than increasing the consumption tax. Recently, the modern monetary theory known as MMT has been the subject of debate. Proponents of MMT aim for economic growth by issuing government bonds to promote fiscal policy (typically building roads and public facilities) and creating demand (the desire to buy things).

However, I don't know much about the theory of MMT, but if we issue government bonds like this, hyperinflation may occur. Of course, we are proposing ways to prevent this from happening, but there seems to be a lot of debate as to whether it is really possible to manipulate the market to prevent hyperinflation .

Don't be the first penguin to fail! Consumption tax rate is far lower than developed countries! ?

Well, the consumption tax increase was said to be carried out to eliminate the budget deficit, that is, to ease the national debt . However, depending on the conditions, there is a theory that the government's debt can be wiped out, so the fiscal collapse (bankruptcy of Japan) due to hyperinflation as mentioned above will not occur, and people who are stimulated by the proliferation of government bonds. The current situation is that there are many.

However, as a Japanese citizen, I think that this kind of rampant issuance of national debt, that is, rampant debt issuance, is irresponsible. Whether they are proponents of MMT or academics who claim that the national debt can be emptied, they probably do not have a clear picture of what will really happen to Japan if they carry out a mass issuance of national debt .

This lack of imagination is the same way populist politicians rally support by making strident claims, without supporting them. I want to hear it. If you were to implement populist policies, would you be able to take responsibility for the failure?

It is true that financial failures have occurred many times throughout history. Each time, some countries overcome financial collapse and grow again. However, if the country's finances go bankrupt, companies all over Japan will go bankrupt, and the yen will lose credibility, and it will be rejected from the international financial market.Although they could still survive on that basis, they would no longer be able to import food. It's not hard to imagine the chaos that would ensue.

Some may argue that Japan's debt itself is already at a shogi-level limit, and that financial collapse is inevitable at some point. However, there are countries around the world that are suffering financially, not just Japan. Despite that reality, there is no need for Japan to become the first penguin to fail .

For example, in Japan, the consumption tax is 10%, but in other developed European countries, the consumption tax rate is around 20% . In Japan, there is also an opinion that if we raise the consumption tax rate by about 20%, we will no longer have to worry about debt problems.

In other words, although Japan has one of the worst financial conditions in the world, it can still be said to be one of the better-off countries among developed countries . You can almost hear people saying, ``I can't even imagine a consumption tax rate of 20%. My wallet is still tight.'' However, if we wait a little longer, we may be able to find a miracle drug that eliminates debt without causing failures such as hyperinflation. Therefore, there is no need to be too hasty in trying to get by by issuing government bonds profusely. It's just a matter of possibility.

The consumption tax increase is regressive and hurts the poor! Relaxed by raising the minimum wage

Now, let's get to the main topic. The reason this consumption tax increase has such a negative public image is probably because it is viewed as a stand-alone policy. However, the government is currently promoting not only an increase in consumption tax, but also an increase in the minimum wage .

Consumption tax increases are regressive. In other words, people with lower incomes are forced to pay more in taxes . Let's look at the regressivity of the consumption tax using a numerical example. Currently, there are people with an annual income of 10 million yen and others with an annual income of 4 million yen. Let's assume that the consumption tax is 10%. A person earning 10 million yen spends 50%, or 5 million yen, on consumption, and a person earning 4 million yen spends 75%, or 3 million yen, on consumption.

Here, a person who earns 10 million yen will be taxed at 10% consumption tax on 50% consumption, so they will pay 5% of the 10 million yen as consumption tax. In other words, it's 500,000 yen. On the other hand, for a person who earns 4 million yen, the tax will be 10% of the consumption tax of 75%, so 7.5% of the 4 million yen will be tax. In other words, it is 300,000 yen.

If you compare the absolute amount of taxes paid by both, it is clear that there are many people who pay 10 million yen. However, if you look at it as a percentage, it is 7.5% less than 5%, meaning that a person making 4 million yen will pay 2.5% more consumption tax. In economics, this mysterious phenomenon is called regressivity .

So how can we reduce the burden on people with low incomes? What is important here is an increase in the minimum wage. The group that would benefit most from raising the minimum wage is the low-income group, who are working just below the minimum wage . Furthermore, it can be said that these low-income groups are the ones most affected by the regressivity of the consumption tax.

This consumption tax increase and minimum wage increase can be said to be a set of policies. Raising the minimum wage will increase income, while reducing the amount of money available for the consumption tax hike . Readers may wonder if it's plus or minus zero. However, I believe that the government's greatest objective is to reduce the fiscal deficit and eliminate the national debt through this policy.

If the minimum wage goes up, the cost of making things goes up, so prices go up, and because the size of a country's economy is determined by wages, the economy also grows. However, as mentioned above, these two policies can be said to be policies that do not increase the amount of things that consumers can buy with a plus or minus of zero, and do not provide any benefits.

In other words, GDP (the total amount of new value added within a country) is often talked about in the news, but that number itself has no meaning. In the end, the most important thing for us as consumers is the ability to buy more things, that is, the purchasing power. Therefore, I would like the government to promote policies that increase our purchasing power .

What are the three arrows of Nabenomics? Raise the minimum wage! Consumption tax increase! Utilize internal reserves!

Well, the title of this article includes the description of three arrows. Regarding this description, it is not the three arrows of Abenomics, but Watanabe's three arrows of Nabenomics .

These three arrows include the consumption tax increase, the minimum wage increase, and the use of internal reserves . Utilizing internal reserves is an idea that Watanabe has recently featured on this blog. By effectively utilizing cash that cannot be used for consumption or investment, such as corporate internal reserves and deposits from private banks to the central bank, it is possible to alleviate the economic decline after the consumption tax hike and to support future economic growth. It is hoped that this will serve as a catalyst.

This trend of increasing corporate retained earnings is a global trend, so the use of retained earnings can be said to be an economic policy that can be used all over the world. The key point was to find cash that was neither consumed nor invested, and supply it to the market, regardless of a company's internal reserves.

He arbitrarily named the three arrows of Nabenomics, combining the consumption tax increase, the minimum wage increase, and the use of internal reserves. The use of internal reserves is also mentioned in related articles to this article, so readers who are interested should refer to them.

A word to the girl who advocates for environmental protection! You can also become a stakeholder in environmental protection! !

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. A girl from the EU who advocates for environmental protection is a hot topic. She expresses her anger at adults who promote economic policies while ignoring environmental protection, but isn't she a party to environmental protection?

table of contents

・The girl herself becomes a party! After thinking hard, you will find a solution!

The girl herself becomes a party! After thinking hard, you will find a solution!

This time we will be talking about environmental protection, which is a hot topic in the EU and elsewhere. On September 23, 2019, a 16-year-old girl spoke at the United Nations about environmental protection . Although she did not intentionally write her real name, her speech was hard to believe from a 16-year-old girl.

What is required in the Reiwa era

As for her speech, you can see it on YouTube, but she expresses her anger at adults who value economic growth over environmental protection . I think the way she raises the issue is great. She points to the fundamental problem that economic activity is meaningless without the global environment.

I also feel that environmental protection is important, and I think it is an inseparable issue if our descendants are to prosper and survive for a long time . However, as someone who specializes in economics, and someone who generates ideas as a hobby or consultant, I had one question about her speech.

She consistently denies adults who ignore environmental protection or cannot come up with solutions. I think she is expressing a very strong denial of her claim, as the word "betrayal" suggests. I don't know if I am one of those adults, but there are many things that I feel.

``I think we adults should find a solution and make the wishes of these girls and children come true, which is to protect the environment.''

However, one question arises here. The question is, isn't that 16-year-old girl a party to environmental problems? It's easy to criticize anything. That's no good. This is no good. Anyone can make such criticism. However, I think that criticism needs to be accompanied by suggestions on what to do .

Of course, thanks to that girl's activities, people around the world have begun to take environmental issues seriously, which is a great achievement. However, it doesn't make sense to just blame everyone and leave the solution to other adults.

To say, ``I'm still a child, so it doesn't matter to me to come up with solutions . It's an adult's job and responsibility to come up with solutions.'' can only be described as lacking a sense of ownership. A girl should come up with her own suggestions, even if the solutions are unskilled.

Since she was even given the opportunity to give a speech at the United Nations, it can be said that the world has high expectations for her. Since a girl continues her activities , she has a responsibility to think for herself and meet the expectations of those who have expectations for her. Environmental issues are not only an issue for adults, but also for the girl.

If you think that because you are a 16-year-old child, you don't have much knowledge or the ability to think, then you are naive and believe that it is not the adults who are betraying the girl, but the girl herself who is betraying the girl. It is proof that

My voice may not be heard, but if you are truly interested in environmental issues and consider yourself a stakeholder, please try desperately to come up with a solution. Even if the solution is not realistic or an idea that cannot be used, please send it out anyway. Raising these issues is the role the world has given you.

Environmental protection is necessary, but economic growth is also necessary! humans need both

From this point on, I will talk from the perspective of economic growth. After all, there is a reason why people around the world desire economic growth. Everyone wants to live a rich life and expand their range of activities. To do that, we need money, and economic growth creates money .

I said it above. Without the global environment, economic activity is meaningless. However, from a human perspective, it can be said that without economic activity, the global environment has no meaning. Of course, it is also possible to live a self-sufficient life without an economy.

However, in today's highly developed world, such a self-sufficient lifestyle is not realistic. After all, it is because of the existence of the economy that we are able to live a satisfying life with schools, companies, and community activities.

So we need to find solutions that balance both environmental protection and economic activity . This can be called a sustainable earth. A sustainable Earth may take hundreds of years, and even a few hundred years may be too late. Maybe a solution will be found in a few years.

The important thing is for all human beings to become involved . This doesn't mean that only adults should think about it, or that their descendants should solve it. Environmental issues are a problem for all humans living on earth.

If the problem is truly important, it would be fine to take the trouble of finding a solution to the environmental problem, such as providing financial incentives to those who find a solution.

I have no intention of criticizing girls. However, environmental problems are not the problem of only a few people, nor are they the responsibility of only a few people. It is humanity's problem and humanity's responsibility . Therefore, it is an issue that we, the human race, need to take a stake in and seriously consider. I want to convey that message to that girl.

Note-taking is a creative act that allows you to write down your ideas! Never neglect it!

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. I have a lot of opinions about note-taking. Note-taking is the most powerful tool for finding material. When I think of something, I also try to take notes as quietly and quickly as possible. At the beginning of every year, I buy a diary and write things down in it.

When it comes to note-taking, some people say, ``I don't take notes because I can remember without taking notes.'' No, it's fine. Whether you take notes or not is up to you. However, when you take notes and read them again a year later, the memories of that time come back to you, along with the lessons written in the notes.

Emotional. This is emo. I don't know if this part can be translated into English well (lol). However, when I say that it is translatable when translated into English using Google Translate, is it good? I would like to put the ease of translation on the back burner. In today's near future, where translation technology has advanced, note-taking is still a ritual for working adults. It's so emotional.

So, without further ado, I would like to show you my memo pad from this past week. 3/11 (Monday). 13 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake. I was a college student at the time, and although it wasn't as bad as the coronavirus, I remember society falling into chaos. 13 years have passed since then. In my diary, I have reservations for interviews with companies. 14:30 - Interview.

Next is Wednesday, March 13th. I was reading online news and saw a recommended book, so I made a note of it. Chikuma Bunko's three books: ``How to make a soft head,'' ``The study of forgetting,'' and ``The art of life.'' I decided to buy ``How to make a soft head'' and checked it. Also, if I have a chance to go to a bookstore, I will look into it.

3/14 (Thu). This memo is an attempt to establish a new genre of writing summary articles that summarize recommended articles written in the past. In fact, I posted it as a summary article a few days ago.

Other than that, I'm trying to do a^3+b^3+c^3=p, and I'm searching for ways to set up calls without a SIM, that is, to make calls and send emails only using pocket wifi without signing a contract with a mobile company. I'm making a note to take a look.

I think it would be a good idea to write an article about this topic of making your smartphone work using only the internet. stay tuned.

Finally, about being smart. Students these days probably think that being smart means having a good memory. As a result, they can handle paper tests easily and seem to think that getting a good score on a test is a smart thing to do.

However, when you start working in society, you will realize that while memory is important, other aspects of intelligence are required. It could be intelligence, creativity, or dexterity. I was wondering if I could write an article about it.

3/15 (Fri). We produce a large number of rewritten articles on our blog, and although it is okay to post rewritten articles relatively slowly, there is an ironclad rule that you can only rewrite once.

The other thing is regarding employment for high school and university students, I think it is a good idea to take a qualification exam and get a job with that qualification. In fact, even if you graduate from the University of Tokyo, you may be on a career path, but your starting salary is only 200,000 yen.

On the other hand, if you qualify, you can earn a starting salary of 7 million yen per year. It is more cost-effective to obtain a certification such as a certified public accountant than a university degree. I thought I'd write an article about it.

3/16 (Sat) and 3/17 (Sun) are blank.

The weekly summary contains the account name and password for the site where you can view past questions of the qualification. I would like to do my best so that I can obtain the qualification in two or three years.

that's all. how is it. Isn't it meaningful to take notes? I also feel more stable when I write while looking at my notes. I can write three or four new articles just from the past week's notes.

First, I wrote a story about someone who doesn't take notes. In other words, you can remember things without taking notes. I think that's a valid value system. I will never deny it. However, if you are taking notes to record your ideas, then you should never underestimate taking notes.

The act of note-taking is more than just a way to remember something important, it is a creative act that goes one step further. Once you realize this, you will feel less reluctant to take notes.

If you think of note-taking as something for yourself, it will no longer be a chore. At the beginning of the year, buy a small notepad and start writing in it. After a year, you'll feel like all your note-taking efforts were worth it. That's why we were talking about note-taking. that's all. Let's meet again! See you soon.

What is the secret to finding topics for your blog? ? Taking notes is a winning strategy for everyone! !

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. How do you, our readers, find topics for your blog? Yesterday, I used a certain method to suddenly increase the number of topics for my blog, and it made me keenly aware of the importance of taking notes on a regular basis. The ritual of ``memo-taking'' is commonplace for working adults. Does everyone do it?

Finding blog topics is hard! I shudder to think about how many months and years have passed since I started!

Watanabe often brings up stories from his student days. It would be true to say that his school days were the brightest , but I won't write about his recent life in detail because I would risk exposing myself. Of course, I will report on things that will be useful in my work in an oblate format. However, I am not confident that my information matches the needs of my fellow readers (readers) who lead a variety of lifestyles.

About professionalism! Is it hard to write a blog? The one who enjoys it wins

"Watanabe, it's better to wrap him up in an oblate and report. If he's too frank, everyone will be paralyzed and electrocuted by the electric shock Watanabe will emit. So, it's huge ♡" Watanabe is not an easy being like Pi-Chu. However, there is no doubt that he is aiming to be someone that his friends respect .

Well, this is Watanabe's own story. The blog owner, Watanabe, would be happy if there are friends who want to know more about Watanabe. However, some of my friends who saw the blog title and clicked said, ``Get down to business quickly, Nabecchi! Don't you feel guilty for posting long sentences with hard to read characters every day? I can speak so fluently every day.”

Until now, I hadn't thought about anything at all until I wrote that day's article . It's been about a week since I started writing, and the words started coming out smoothly. I've mentioned many times on this blog that up until then, I was putting a lot of stress on my shoulders trying to write perfectly.

I have mentioned many times that if you write down what comes to mind in order, as if you were having a conversation, you can write long sentences smoothly.

However, with that method, whether or not you'll come up with a topic each time is left up to chance, and you won't know whether you'll be able to write it unless you actually try it. When you first start a blog, you don't have to worry about finding a topic, and that may be fine, but if you've been looking for a topic for several months or years, it can get tough .

Is note-taking a must when looking for material? Take notes of everyday conversations! SEO2200 characters or more

Therefore, I felt the need to strategically prepare material. One way to do this is to take notes . There aren't that many things we need to take notes about in our daily lives. Daily life, whether it's at work or school, becomes a habit and a routine unless you just started.

Therefore, unless you consciously face your life, new discoveries will not come . In other words, life is stuck in a rut. "I think Watanabe-kun is asking for too much stimulation, right? If you're looking for stimulation that much, you should go to 10 spicy places. The other regulars are still lamenting that they can't go to heaven."

However, even in such a rut, there are hints for finding new material hidden in everyday casual conversations . For example, let's say your topic becomes a hot topic in the news during your break time at work. It's supposed to be new news on TV, and it can be considered a hot topic that everyone is interested in.

So, when the conversation is over, I quickly take notes. You can just write down the keywords, so you won't forget them and won't waste time during the conversation. Taking notes is just like working. When someone tells me something, I immediately take notes . It's common sense for working people.

That's why I came up with the idea of taking notes and searching for topics, and yesterday I tried note-taking and became ambitious enough to write about 5 articles in one day. Speaking of ambition, even if I were to release a game like ``Watanabe's Ambition,'' I would probably be met with a storm of complaints from my friends on the day of release (lol).

But, I don't mean to be offensive, but there is one person. ``I'm listening intently, so there's no need to take notes.'' No, please take notes . Please make it a habit. If you don't, the memo pad you got will be spoiled, right? Don't you feel sorry for her?

As a side note that I just thought of, the number of characters per article on this blog is increasing. It now easily exceeds 3000 characters. In other words, if you aim for 2,000 characters or more per article, you will be writing 1.5 articles. Well, to be more specific, a site I saw the other day says it requires a minimum of 2,200 characters for SEO, so if you try writing and it's 2,000 characters, try sticking to another 200 characters.

If you can even take notes while giving an improvised speech, it's a godsend! challenge

A feature of this blog article is that the story spills out in all directions. Now, another method that I think is good is to practice your speech and take notes instead of just coming up with ideas like brainstorming .

Even though it is called a speech, it is an improvised speech. Then, while giving the speech, take notes at the same time. Taking notes while giving a speech is difficult. At least Watanabe felt like the captain of a shipwreck. When giving a speech, you should just say what comes to mind in order, but if you add note-taking to the speech, you won't be able to write fast enough. Shorthand skills are also required.

Also, since you are doing two things at the same time, if your attention goes to just one or the other, things won't go well. But if you can speak and take notes quickly and brilliantly, you might be a candidate for God . At least I think it's amazing, and I respect it.

That's why it's time for Hotaru no Hikari in this article. Some of you may have trouble finding topics for your blog and find it difficult to update it every day . This is because you won't be able to find the material unless you're conscious of it on a regular basis. However, by simply taking notes, you can find a topic, and by coming up with ideas to expand on that topic, I think you will be able to write an article on your own.

Watanabe is also worried. I think that this blog, which is only text, is not good enough to get new readers interested in the first moment . This problem is unrelated, but I don't think readers need to worry about the number of characters. To be extreme, if you don't have anything to write about, you can write a diary with 100 characters per article.

I think it's important to write about anything, no matter what . There is no need to seek perfection from the beginning. People who read blogs probably don't expect that much. In general terms. I think it's more important to have an attitude of ``I'm working hard to make it easier for readers to read!'' than perfection. In that sense, Watanabe, which is full of characters, is a failure. “Watanabe-kun, please participate in the supplementary construction work. If the construction period is delayed, we will be ruined!?”

Watanabe recently learned a lot through blogging. My friends are probably learning a lot every day. I hope we can become friends and learn from each other . See you soon.
